The goal of the Cornell Student Chapter of the Association for Women in is three-fold:

  • Increase the number of undergraduate women enrolled in mathematics courses at Cornell.

  • Create a network of support for the women (undergraduate and graduate) who are studying math at Cornell.

  • Provide a forum in which issues pertaining to women in math can be discussed.

Please note: people of any gender are welcome! The title of our group is the Association FOR Women in -- and NOT the Association OF Women in . As such, any member of the Cornell community who is "for" women in mathematics will be welcome at all chapter events.
